1. Who operates this
This Prediction Pool instance is operated by BlueZero, SLU , a company registered in Spain at Paseo Central 17, 04740 Roquetas de Mar, Spain (Tax ID / NIF: B04876447) .
2. What this is
Prediction Pool is a small, self-hosted app for a private group to predict football match scores and compare results for fun. It does not accept, hold, or pay out real-money wagers — points are just points. Nothing on this site is gambling, and no outcome here has monetary value.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or otherwise use this service.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password private and for anything submitted from your account. Leagues are joined via an invite code shared by whoever created them — don't share your code with people the league owner wouldn't want in it.
5. Match data and "model pick" predictions
Fixture, result, and odds data shown here comes from third-party providers (football-data.org and the-odds-api.com) and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. The statistical "model pick" shown alongside your own predictions is an automated estimate, not advice, and its accuracy is not guaranteed.
6. Voluntary support / donations
A link to support BlueZero, SLU financially (via Ko-fi) may appear on this site. Donations made through it are voluntary, go directly to BlueZero, SLU through Ko-fi's own platform (see Ko-fi's Terms of Use), and do not purchase any feature, service, or guarantee tied to this app.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability
This app is provided "as is," on a best-effort basis, with no uptime guarantee. It may go offline, change, or be discontinued at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueZero, SLU is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this app.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence, which this clause does not override.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
